The State of Tennesse Real Estate Commission requires all agents to take a minimum number of hours to renew a license. I usually double the requirement due to the ever changing nature of our business. Real Estate agents need a general understanding of marketing, finance & negotiating skills and much more. | A little bit about me |
| I am a mother of 3 beautiful girls and married to John Giovannetti for over 11 years. One of our children experienced a life threatning illness in 2005 and since then, we are very active in supporting the Make-A-Wish Foundation, St. Jude Hospital & LeBonheur Childrens Medical Center. Our little girl is doing well now and appreciates all the support from everyone that helped all of us through a very difficult time! We will always be a part of supporting them due to their love of children and their families. |
